Mitesh & Indu conducted a firewalk exercise for us (True care business of Piramal Healthcare) in April 09 in which he helped create self-belief and generate excitement around our goal of doubling revenues in FY10 with a fieldforce of 2400 people. We conducted 4 programs with 400 - 700 people per program yet he was able to get everyone involved in the bar bending and the firewalk exercises. For many of the 2400 people who came together in Lonavala for a week, the session conducted by Mitesh & Indu was the highlight.
